Shipping from United States
Custom orders usually ship within 2-5 days of cleared payment. Within the USA items ship First Class and PRIORITY mail and are trackable.
International mail is via Priority/First Class Airmail. I cannot be responsible for shipments lost or delayed through local post offices and customs. International orders are shipped with customs forms correctly filled out. Buyers are responsible for customs fees that vary by country.
I am not responsible for lost packages once they have been posted unless you request and pay for additional insurance.
NOTE
Please make certain your Etsy address is correct. Orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will be charged a second fee for re-shipping and insurance will be null and void.

Returns and exchange details
I want you to be happy. Items may be returned within one week of receipt less the cost of shipping in either direction. Items that shipped free are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. Please contact me BEFORE returning an item; often an exchange can be arranged to your satisfaction.
